Doctor Dominatrix, head of the mysterious, Delta Institute, is suddenly confronted by snoopy female reporters. Little do they know that the Doctor has her own unorthodox method of handling the media. The reporters are introduced to the horrors of the Doctor's examining room and prescribed to the doctor's personal tease chamber. Clothespins, whips, and wax are just a few of the methods the doctor employs to find out how much they know. Unfortunately for the doctor, THE NEWS IS OUT, and more reporters show up asking for interviews. Doctor Dominatrix has acquired a new name, Doctor Dilemma!
